vman here to update you guys the lastest information for the class chalet thts coming !!



TUESDAY,24th NOV.
FIRST DAY OF CHALET !
  • syarifah , ira and vman to meet 1100 at teckwhye cc to get things needed for games.
  • chalet committee to meet at cck control station @ 1330 . including huiyu & sis .
  • chalet committee to check in to the chalet.
  • 1430 - 1500 ; committee to prepare and set up everything .
  • CHURCHILLITES TO MEET 1500 @ CCK CONTROL STATION ; please go tgt yeah, meet up . (the chalet is near the mrt station, so you guys can walk there, if you guys want, give me a call when you people are reaching , so i can go over and find you people! thanks ! )
  • 1500 - 1600 ; teabreak, roti john will be provided.
  • 1600 - 1900 ; free activities .
  • 1900 - 2000; dinner, nasi goreng will be provided . (:
  • 2030 - dk what time; night walk @ pasir ris park ( you can choose if you wanna join or not)

WEDNESDAY; 25th NOV

  • 1030 - 1230 ; RISE AND SHINE ! :D you can wake up at anytime, but YOU HAVE TO BE READY BY 1230 . THANKS ! (games committee , please be earlier than the others as we have to prepare ! )
  • 1245 - 1615; CLASS GAMES ! [flour game, pingpong game, WATER BOMB! ] instruction will be given on tht day itself! :D
  • 1615 - 1900 ; wash up time , do allow the committee members to wash up first as we'll needa prepare for the BBQ, THANKS ! :D
  • 2030 till the end of the BBQ; PARTYYYYYYYY!!! :D [ira incharge] (:

haha, gentle reminder to everyone tht's coming yah,

  1. rmb to bring enough clothes if you're staying overnight [there's water activities!]
  2. if you're coming on the second day , please wear DARK coloured clothings, water activities will be on tht day. AND , BRING CHURCHILL CLASSTEE TO CHANGE FOR BBQ, CLASS PHOTOS WILL BE TAKEN. THANKS !
  3. DO NOT tell the names of any of our teachers, cause they're NOT incharge of this.
  4. if your parents needa call somebody or something, you can give my number to them, but remember, im not responsible for anything okay! thanks! :D
  5. also rmb to bring $1 for entrance fee okay! :D

Games ..

Sorry for posting once again but here is the things needed for games .. so you guys will have a rough idea on what is it gonna be like

Ping Pong game:
-two ping pong balls
-2 pails
-water

Flour game:
-paper plates (or anything that can put the flour)
-flour
-spoons
-sweet/coins

Water games:
-plastic like sec 1 camp (vman , you know this one)
-water

alright , hmmm .. maybe we need 10 bucks or more ? . my personal budget would be 10 bucks . so game committee .. can contribute ? .
i think what we need to purchase is:
-flour
-spoons
-sweets (if we are using them)

so yeah , i think 10 bucks would be enough . anymore recommendation (w/o having to fork out anything) . please do tag or post yeah !!! . we'll try to make the games as enjoyable as possible :D

Schedule For Chalet

hello guys , it's me here , syafiqah .
okay , i know the foods are quite settled (i guess) and there's some games provided for you guys . Prob is , no planning for the course of the 2 days itself .
I'm gonna post the plan for 24th-25th Nov schedule aite ? . 'Cause 26th will be packing day :D
can the food committee also help me slot in the lunch at dinner time ? . or any eating time ..

so .. here it goes:

Day 1: 24th Nov: (the dry one)

before hand, i hope the attendance will be checked to ensure that everybody is in . :D

1430 : check in
1430 - 1500 : check out the rooms , make yourself comfortable . chillax ..
1500 - 1600 : commitee prepare set up things needed for 25th e.g: food or games, checking of equipment for games
1600 - i dunno what time : free activities . do whatever you like . committee members discuss anything needed or set up for tomorrow's activity
2200 : for those who need to go home .. home sweet home :D

25th Nov (the exciting one):
1030 : wakey wakey everyone
1030 - 1130: clean up , wash up (for those who's sleeping over)
1130 - 1230 : brunch (food committee i/c for these segment)
1230 - 1245 : break
1245 - 1730 : GAMES TIME !!! (games committee)
- flour game
- ping pong game
- water games (water bomb!!!)
1730 - 1800: those who wants to wash up for BBQ
(committee start preparing food for BBQ , start fire)
1900: start BBQ (do you guys want to start this time? . suggestion ?)
- halfway into BBQ .. PARTY TIME !!!!!! (ira's i/c for the music can?)
2200: those who need to go home .. home sweet home

Day 3: 26th Nov: Packing up day
hmmmm .. the thing is .. we need to check out at 1030 .. for those who are not sleeping over , you may choose not to come if you want to ...

okay , for second day .. i hope you guys can bring spare shirts and pants 'cause i'm sure we all are gonna be wet . instruction of games .. we'll tell you on the day itself .. and yes .. before i forget : any suggestion or recommendation for games , please do voice it out :D . guys .. please do ammend the timetable of you guys don't like it aites ? . okay , that's all from me .. see you guys soon ..

p.s: for meeting up , the committee would meet up at cck control station at 1330 . if any of guys wanna follow . please do tag . I hope you guys (including me) would have loads of fun !!!

guys , i really need your cooperation .
i think we do not have enough money for the
food . maybe another $1 or $2 can make BINTANG's
life more easier . hahaha . i shall list out the price-ing ,

things ordered ,

-chicken wings itself (marinated, 7kgs) ; $38.50
-fried bee hoon ; $15+
-roti john(30) ; $10
-epok-epok(30)/popiah(10) ; $9
-fried rice (not confirmed) ; $(not confirmed)

things needed on the day itself ,

-charcoal (cannot be purchased at johore)
-ice
-seafoods for bbq (buying at wet market to maintain freshness)

the rest of the item , we will be going
to Johore to get them , cause its cheaper .
and we get double the money when we changed
it . and we're left with 42.60 not including the fried rice .
we need at least $60-70 to get whatever
we need there . theres still quite a number of
stuff needed . atleast $1 each okay ? or
if you are keen enuf , you could contribute more . ^^
we are really trying our best to find the cheapest source
of food we can . so i hoped you understand (:

- Have your own heavy lunch.

- Fried Rice/ Sambal Fried rice (*which one you prefer?)

2nd day(25th Nov)
-Have your own heavy breakfast.
-Light breakfast will be provided (sandwich)

- Fried Bee Hoon

- BBQ food such as,
Chickens, Prawns, Corn, Squid, hotdog, **stingray, crabmeat

btw, we've not enough cash for this food. But we'll try our best to get the cheapest price okay. & if any of you who is kind-hearted enough to contribute more cash for us, please do so. (: Much appreciated. ^^

ANOTHER REMINDER FOR CHURCHILLITES ! :D

please do not mention our teachers to your parents regarding the class chalet, as this is NOT a school event and they are NOT the organisers. this is our own class thing, teachers ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for our safety outside of school during the chalet. we're responsible for our own safety & belonging throughout the whole chalet. (:

* i'll be there for all 3 days, so if your parents needa contact anyone to double check, you can give my contact number to them, VMAN; 9190 _ _ _ _ . hahaha, you know the rest... lol. HOWEVER, i'm not responsible for anything okay, i'm just a person to contact if there's anything (:

CHALET INFORMATION ;


  • date : 24th - 26th of NOV 2009 ; tues, wed, thurs. (BBQ will be on the 25th of NOV!, for those who are just coming for the BBQ )
  • time : we can only check in at 230pm, so you guys can meet up at cck control station and go there together , at maybe 2 / 3 pm . (:
  • venue : costa sands DOWNTOWN EAST. i'll confirm the room number with you guys again ! (:
